You transfer your shares to us, and we give you the liquidity you need in the form of a non-recourse loan.
#2 Fixed Quarterly Payments
You make fixed quarterly interest payments to us until the end of the loan term.
#3 Transfer ownership back
After repayment of the loan, we transfer ownership of the shares back to you.
